I reserve the right to accept or refuse any commission

Commissioners will be notified of updates through email or social media if anything considerably delays my work, such as illness, computer issues, life problems, etc.

Please feel free to contact me with comments, questions, or concerns.

International: Paypal, Wise (preferred) or Western Union. Paypal Clients should provide an email for invoices or send payment directly with my email: [email protected].

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the money.

Commission under 40usd should be paid full upfront.

Half/half payment is available for commissions above 40usd, where you pay half of the price of the commission at the beginning and the other half when the commission is finished. I will only send the final files once the full payment is completed.

I will only begin commission work after I receive some kind of upfront payment.

After payment is done and we’ve already discussed the format, ideas and you send all the references needed for the commission I will make a sketch and show you so you can review it and ask for any modifications and changes you might want to do. You are free to request any changes during this time. After this I’ll be showing you each step of the commission (lineart, color, etc.) But please try to ask for major changes only in the sketch phase! If you want to make big changes after the sketch phase I may ask for additional fees.

Once you’re happy with the work and payment is completed I’ll send you the digital files needed in PNG and proper resolution if it’s needed for printing.

Upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels (tagging me is always appreciated) and use twitch graphics commissioned on your channel and to post on your social media.

Print a commission made for you under the condition of being ONLY for personal use (to be framed, as a print or sticker)

Claim it as your own work, remove my signature/watermark, sell it.

Make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

Mint/sell the commissions as an NFT

I have full rights over my artwork.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

I may upload videos for pictures of the work in progress of the commission to my social media. If it needs to be a secret or you wish for me to wait until you publish the work please let me know! If you do not want your art to be displayed, please talk to me beforehand.

If you cancel your order before I have started it, you can get a full refund

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If the commission has already been started and in the sketching stage, you can get a 50% refund

If the commission is in any other stage, you cannot receive a refund at all.

If you want to stop the commission and ask for a refund, contact me first before trying to file any chargebacks. I will offer a manual refund instead.
